Accumulation tank ST 500

Accumulation tank ST500

The ST500 storage tank is designed to work in heating systems as a compensator for the difference between the generated and consumed amount of heat, as well as equalizing power fluctuations. Also is used as a primary circuit in heating, air conditioning, etc. Accumulation tanks produce extraction from heat generators of “excess” heat and its subsequent storage in case of forced downtime of heating or climatic devices. The heated water, if necessary, can be used at any time to quickly start up the heating system or to provide the water supply system with warm service water.

ST500 tank technical parameters:

Volume — 500 l
Weight — 130 kg
The maximum working pressure in the tank is 0.3 мPa.
The maximum temperature of the heat carrier in the tank capacity is +90 °C
The maximum working pressure in the heat exchanger is 1.0 мPa.
The maximum temperature of the coolant in the heat exchanger is +110 °C
Approximate amount of accumulated heat (for conditions, the upper operating accumulated temperature is +80 С °C, and the lower operating temperature is +40 С °) — 20,000 kcal (23 kW/h)

The storage tank is not intended for storing household water, but only for storing heat in the heating system
